Can anybody recommend to me a good Japanese cookbook that covers most of the basic traditional foods?

I don't own this particular cookbook so I can't say how good it is, but I own the "Quick and Easy Thai" and the Vietnamese from the series and they're fantastic. I'm Vietnamese and the recipes are authentic and very easy. The author pairs up with a chef of the particular cuisine and they pick out the more "homestyle" recipes to make at home. Most of the recipes I use in the Thai and VN books take no more than 30 minutes to make. The 2 books I have feature pictures of all the ingredients you'll use and of every step.

I've been wanting to buy this one and the Korean one - they're both on my "to buy" list.
