    cool video...

the main thing that grows for me, in abundance, is the granny apple tree in my front yard. Before they fully ripen they have quite a zest, and at that point the cider I make with it tastes almost like lemonade and apple cider at the same time.

Cooking with it has been interesting, the tang of it made it ideal for dicing into cubes and sauteeing with chicken and blended with a satay sauce and seseme seeds, or.... sauteeing with cubes of salmon (covered in corn starch and crispied up a bit) with a sweet eel sauce... both get served in a bowl of malay style sticky rice.

I have sold that house, I am moving soon, buy buy tree. But my girlfriends house has a pecan tree that produces in such abundance the branches are breaking off. We plan on growing a variety of tomatos, eggplants, squash, she has had very good luck so far growing cantalope. I am sure I can put an asian twist on all of these new fresh ingredients.

Wel my cucumbers started great, then fizzled out.
My grape tomatos have turned int giants, the water melons, Sugar Babies, are doing great, and we have more acorn squash than we can handle, and my wife planted pupmkins, omfg, big and lots.

Of course she mixes her own fertilizer from the different manures, and composts around the farm.

Collect all seeds from Chillies, Green Peppers and the like, let them dry out (although this may not be necessary) and plant them.....I now have a greenhouse full of Peppers and Chillies.
Bear in mind that most Capsicum varietes need six months to mature, I was a good Boy and planted mine in February!.
