got some yu choy (an asian brassica family green) at the farmers market and usually just eat it stir-fry style. tonight, for example, it will be yu choy and shitakes sauteed in peanut oil with lots of garlic and a drizzle of shoyu and sake, all served over short grain brown rice.
but i was getting to wonder if theres any other ways of preparing it.. anybody know any great yu choy recipes?
