Eggs and Soy Sauce

Did anyones Grandmother or Mom make fried eggs, soy sauce and sugar? My Grandmother use to make this for me when I was kid. Now when I need a quick something to eat or some comfort food this is what I make.

    no, but my ba-chan used to make me chopped hot dogs with soy sauce and sugar.

        When we were sick, my mom used to dissolve rock sugar in water and then pour it in a bowl, then swirl a raw egg in it!! It was pretty weird! The only other egg thing I can remember, is when my grandma used to make soy sauce chicken witht he cracked hard cooked eggs that were brown and lacy when cooked!! Yum YUM!
