Questions:
1. Can I freeze them "raw" after assembled? I love these things but can't eat more than about three at a time, and considering the work that goes into them you are obligated to make them in huge batches.
2. Do you think I could cook them in a fondue pot? It's an electric one. I don't want my apartment to smell like a greasy Asian dinner.

Re: Vietnamese Eggrolls.
Mon, May 8, 2006 - 12:32 PMYou can definitely freeze them. I freeze them in smaller bags and have just one row of egg rolls - I also weave wax paper in between so they don't stick (once they stick and you pull them apart the eggrolls fall apart and when it fries it's a mess).
Fry in a fondue pot? As long as it gets hot enough. -
