does anyone know an inexpensive source of kudzu in the US?

    I think you mean kuzu...the starch-like thickening agent often used for indigestion and stomache ulcers? (Not the creeping vine that takes over entire fields in less than a week)

    I find bulk kuzu at my local community food co-op, but I bet most health food stores carry it as well.

    I have lots of kudzu, and even started a group called master kudzu gardeners, because it has been such a hassle. You can have all of it for free! Lana

      kudzu=kuzu.
      There are so many uses for this vine; culinary, medicine, cloth, energy...volumes have been written in japanese and at least one book is available in english.
      Your hassle can be turned into a green business.
