Does anybody have an addiction as I. Some people love ketchup..me mine is Sriracha!! If I could carry a bottle of this with me all the time I would be in heaven!!
It's tangy and spicy. It's got kick to it! I started getting so attached to this as a kid living. When my parents took us out for Pho- vietnamese noodles. I fell inlove with Siracha!! My soup bowl of noodles would have christmas colors red broth and floating green cilantro and green onions.
So my new thing is Sirarcha "Buffalo" Wings. I back off my wings and toss them just in Siracha sauce!!!! YUMMMIEST THING EVER!!!!
Anybody else??

Tue, August 1, 2006 - 10:52 PMHave you tried the Thai versions? The sauce originates in Sri Racha, a town on the beach about 2 hours from Bangkok. There are a few varieties which are popular here in Thailand, altho I'm not sure what's exported to the States. I have a friend from the US who loves Sri Racha sauce so much she took a holiday to Sri Racha to see the factory. No joke. -
