Curry Pastes.......

I've become really interested in the homeMade version of the above, and was wondering if anyone out there has a recipe they really love and would be willing to share. I've found that having paste around changes you're entire way of cooking.

    I've got a massaman curry paste recipe I'll share later when I'm at home. I got it from this cooking school in Thailand - we took a class while on vacation. www.sitca.net/ If you're ever in Koh Samui, I recommend it.
