Dikon Soup

Does anyone have a really good Dikon soup recipe, one with pork in it. My chinese mother-in-law used to make it for me all the time, and I never got the recipe.

    I can't help with a recipe, but if you try googling with the spelling "daikon" you might be more likely to find something.

        I use fuzzy squash with Diakon alot, also carambola and diakon play off one another well.
        you need to get something that deals with the hot radish flavor build-up. I also cook the diakon longer
