INGREDIENTS :
Cornflour - 1 tsp
Mangoes - 4
Milkmaid (Condensed milk ) - 1/2 tin
Gelatin - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1 Cup
METHOD :
1.Boil the milk. Thicken it by adding cornflour (dissolved in 1/4th cup milk) Then add the milkmaid and mix well. Let it cool.
2. Make a puree of mangoes. Pass it through a strainer and remove the pulp.
3. Add it to the milk mixture. Dissolve gelatin in 2 tbsps warm water and add to the mix. Blend with a hand mixer. Keep in freezer to set. Serve chilled.
